Glasgow Hart maintains a long and valued relationship with Charter Hall and have renovated 11 commercial buildings on behalf of the funds since 2005, including 68 Pitt Street, 2 Market Street, 1 Martin Place and 154 Pacific Highway.
Projects have included lobby refurbishments, bathroom upgrades, end of trip facilities and tenancy refurbishments for buildings in across Sydney. Intelligent design, high quality detailing and cost effective solutions are always part of the brief.
Glasgow Hart’s design has helped Charter Hall attract quality tenants and increase building performance in both function and asset value.
